SUBJECT: Awareness and discussion related to the ‘impossible turn’ in flight
PURPOSE: To remind all pilots of the importance of ADM and considerations in relation to the ‘impossible turn’ maneuver
APPLICABILITY: This Safety Notice applies to all pilots at any level of training, including students and licensed pilots, flight instructors, any applicable person(s) related to operations
As most people know, becoming a pilot takes a lot of time and effort. After all, becoming a pilot is difficult considering the number of things you need to learn and pay attention to. To know how to save money in pilot training, it is needed to first estimate the cost of everything needed.
“I am an international student, but I want to train to become a pilot in the US, how do I get myself a spot?” The first thing you should consider is your eligibility requirements. To train to become a pilot, you should at least be 16 years old, must be fluent in writing, understanding, and reading English, and you must also have medical certification. To get a medical certificate, you must be examined in person by an FAA-designated Aviation Medical Examiner.
Getting your student pilot certificate is the first major thing you need to do to develop your aviation career. You don’t need a student pilot certificate to take flying lessons, but for flying alone you do. To be able to obtain the student pilot certificate, you must be at least 16 years of age to fly an airplane and 14 years of age to fly gliders or balloons. To be eligible for the license, you also have to be able to read, write, speak, and understand English in a high level.
